This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which requires the publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name www.signaturespacess.com (“Website”), including its related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or availing any services from us, you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all other applicable policies. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

3. Services and Use of Platform

These Terms apply to your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information when using the Platform, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Products, Pricing, and Orders

1. All products and prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time.
3. Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
4. We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (where applicable).
5. In cases of payment failure or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–10 working days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed terms.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and product images on the Platform are the intellectual property of Signature Spacess or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Once you leave our Platform, you are governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order or ₹100, whichever is less.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents from any claims, demands, losses, or penalties arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet failures, or governmental actions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review the terms. Continued use of the Platform will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
