- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods, processing may be delayed by a few days. Additional transit time may be required.
- If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Delivery Partners & Tracking
- We ship all orders via Shiprocket’s trusted courier partners.
- Track your shipment using the link provided via SMS/email or visit the ‘Track Order’ section on our website.
4. Delivery Issues
- For delayed, damaged, or missing shipments, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share your Order ID and relevant photographs (if applicable).

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
- To avoid delays, please ensure:

- Someone is available to receive the delivery
